Your email address, if you request a free resource from us. We use it to send you the resource and, where you have agreed to receive them, occasional emails about Clever Little Cubs products, resources and offers.

Order information, if you buy from us on Etsy. We use it to supply and support your purchase.

Free resources and email

If you request a free resource, you give us your email address through our website. Where you have agreed to receive marketing communications, we may send you occasional emails about relevant Clever Little Cubs products, resources and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We use Kit as our email service provider. Kit processes subscribers' email addresses on our behalf and handles them in line with its own privacy policy.

Our website

Our website is delivered using Cloudflare, which may process technical information necessary to operate, secure and deliver the website, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools to our website. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Buying from us on Etsy

Purchases are handled through Etsy, under Etsy's own terms and privacy policy. We do not process payments on our website. As an Etsy seller, we receive the relevant order information we need to supply and support your purchase.

Service providers and other countries

We use service providers to run our business, including Kit (email), Cloudflare (website delivery) and Etsy (purchases). Some are based outside Australia and may process information in other countries. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Our products are made for parents, carers and educators to use with children. Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. To find out what personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email hello@cleverlittlecubs.com and we will respond. We handle personal information in line with Australian privacy law where it applies to us.
