About Clever Little Cubs

Our story

Clever Little Cubs began the way most things in our house do — with my eldest cub, a stack of printables, and a problem.

I'm an Australian mum of two. When my first child was ready to learn letters, I searched through thousands of printables. Beautiful ones that ignored how children actually learn. Educational ones that overwhelmed. Handwriting styles no school teaches. Worksheets designed for selling, not teaching. After hours of piecing together other people's resources, I stopped searching and started designing.

I'm not a teacher — building products is what I do professionally, and I've spent years doing it the rigorous way: research, prototyping, testing, iterating until something genuinely works. Clever Little Cubs is that same discipline, pointed at the thing I care about most.

Clever Little Cubs grew from activities I first created for my own cubs. I hope they bring yours the same joy.

What we make

At Clever Little Cubs, we believe children learn best when learning feels like play. Our resources are designed by parents to help little learners build confidence, develop essential early literacy skills, and discover the joy of learning through fun, engaging activities.

Clever Little Cubs is a small family business based in Melbourne, Australia. Our printable activity books and workbooks are instant digital downloads: print them at home, as many times as you need for your own cubs. You can find them in our Etsy shop and browse the collection on the home page.
